How To Be Confident.
Know what you stand for
Know what your values are
Know what you care about
Know yourself
Own your decisions
Own your actions
Own your mistakes
Own your character
Admit where you went wrong
Admit where you performed poorly
Admit when you don’t know where to start.
There’s a fine balance between working out how much to care about people’s perception of you and disregarding it.
An inflated regard to people’s perception of you stems from a lack of confidence.
Confidence comes from understanding yourself and your direction. Once you’ve worked that out, it doesn’t really matter ‘what people say’.
There’s 3 things you can do when people judge you
1. Disregard it entirely
2. Give it due consideration and move on.
3. Dwell on it forever.
It’s really up to you.
