This year I’m writing my first book, Quarter Life Crisis which shares my story of being a confused yet curious 19 year old who spontaneously ended up in the Himalayas for a month meditating in caves, growing up with ethnic parents and navigating the complexities of life as a rebellious brown girl. At 19, I hit rock bottom and found myself on public bus in India on the way to the Himalayas in search of answers. Little did I know the journey I was about to embark on and how it would shape my world view. This book is a journey through my childhood growing up in Australia as a Punjabi Australian and traveling to Spain, Thailand and Tanzania.
